I’m Alexander Andrews. Since 2006, I’ve been guiding Melbourne business owners, investors, and developers to make strategic property decisions that maximise returns and reduce risk.
I began by managing the 228-property VicUrban (now Places Victoria) portfolio and contributing to the $290M Revitalising Central Dandenong project. Since then, I’ve held senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield (MVP Award 2020) and Savills Australia, advising on industrial sales, leasing, development feasibility and design, as well as strategic property investment and land acquisitions.
